1. General
1.1. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.
2.2. Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.4. Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and M Sensory Apparel for the purchase of the products will only be formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
3. Shipping and Delivery

3.2. Delivery: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, but we are not liable for any delays in delivery.
3.3. Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M Sensory Apparel, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
